Why I Built Nexus Solutions & Fingerprinting

Nexus Solutions & Fingerprinting was born from a pivotal turning point in my life. After being laid off from a job I thought was my forever career, I made a promise to build something stable, meaningful, and genuinely human.

My healthcare career began right here in Louisiana at Ochsner. From there, I chose to travel nationwide as a specialist, stepping up during critical MRI shortages and working at elite institutions like Johns Hopkins and Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital at Stanford. I deliberately sought out these world-renowned hospitals to ensure I was trained under the highest clinical standards in medicine.

People often asked how I managed the emotional weight of high-stress hospital environments and pediatric care. My answer was always simple: I preferred it to be me because I knew how deeply I cared. Even today, nothing is more rewarding than having clients look me in the eye and say, "You truly love your job, and you are amazing at what you do."

I founded Nexus to bring that exact level of world-class devotion, precision, and care back home to Marrero.
