The Cardiolipin IgM test measures the level of IgM antibodies against cardiolipin, a phospholipid important in blood clotting. Elevated IgM levels may indicate an increased risk of blood clotting disorders or autoimmune conditions such as antiphospholipid syndrome (APS).
