The HPV Genotype 16 & 18/45 (TMA) test detects high-risk strains of the Human Papillomavirus (HPV), including types 16, 18, and 45, which are associated with a higher risk of cervical cancer. This test uses transcription-mediated amplification (TMA) for sensitive detection.
